No — food is sold by independent vendors at each booth. Expect a wide range of cuisines from Danbury's diverse cultural communities, with most meals priced between $8–$18.

What payment do vendors accept?

Most vendors accept credit/debit cards and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo). A few smaller vendors may be cash-only — we recommend bringing a small amount of cash just in case.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Outside food and sealed water bottles are permitted. Outside alcohol is not permitted on the festival grounds.

Will alcohol be served at the festival?

Yes — we'll have a dedicated beer garden tucked into the enclosed walkway just off the festival green. Expect a curated selection of beer and wine (no hard liquor), plenty of seating, and cornhole boards for friendly competition.

Guests must be 21+ with valid ID to enter the enclosed section, and licensed security will be on site throughout the event. Alcohol service ends 30 minutes before the festival closes each night.

Will you be showing the World Cup games?

Yes — Day of Danbury falls during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and we're leaning in. We're partnering with local bars and restaurants across Danbury to screen the games in partner venues throughout the weekend, with cross-promotions between the festival and each watch-party location.

The list of partner venues will be announced closer to the event. Sign up for updates to be first to know.
